• Derek Duncan – Principal Owner with over 30 years in the rep agency business and more than 15 years owning or leading agencies. Derek oversees quotes, developer management, and office operations.

• Chris Veira – With 20 years of experience as a Regional Sales Manager in Golden Lights’ core territories, Chris specializes in distributor and contractor sales. He is known for his expertise in stock, flow, and client management.

• Jesus Caballero – An RCDD with over 27 years of professional electrical & low voltage technology design and project management experience, Jesus leads specification and design-build support, ensuring projects are delivered with precision and innovation.
